Since entering the semiconductor gas monitoring field in 1994, A-Tech has continued to deepen its expertise in system design, integration, and instrument maintenance technologies. Our engineering team has extensive hands-on experience in 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch semiconductor fabs, as well as in the optoelectronics industry, enabling us to provide the most comprehensive and timely gas monitoring technical services.
